I wanted to provide you a quick update on the direction of my blog, "Itsnotaboutthesale", being that I have only had one post. I am currently in the process of building a website for my business, The Julian Group, which is a consulting company specializing in partnering organizations with best-in-class vendors to assist them in a variety of service areas. My entire business model is run under the philosophy of putting people and their needs first and not concentrating on making a sale, thus "itsnotaboutthesale" blog. I will be shifting my sales blog to run out of my new site, www.juliangroup.com. It is currently under construction and should be up and running in the next couple of weeks.
Communicating my sales philosophy, of making sales about people and not the end result, is core to who I am and to the culture that I want my business to be about. That is why it totally makes sense to bring my blog under my business' site.
Look for new posts, in the very near future, where I will outline the core principals of "It's Not About The Sale" and breaking down the differences between that and the "Closing" mentality!
